Mr. Eric-Atuanya, a Nigerian born U.S. citizen, received a Juris Doctorate of Laws from American University's Washington College of Law. He holds Bachelors degree in Political Science and Economics and graduated as Class Valedictorian from Weber State University in Ogden Utah. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association.

Founder and Managing Partner of Rimsom Associates, a Washington, D.C. based international consulting firm providing strategic and practical solutions to emerging markets and developing economies.

Prior to establishing Rimsom, Mr. Eric-Atuanya was the Vice-President of Global Government Affairs and International Business development for WorldSpace Corporation, a satellite communications company providing digital audio and multimedia services to Africa, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
