This committee will oversee responsibility for the entire programme. Its duties will include, but not be limited to, the selection and monitoring of the Honorees' Selection Committee and the Mentorship Selection Committee. The Selection Committee must be made up of representation from the Steering Committee.

This committee of 10 shall meet three times in the first quarter of the year, four times in the second quarter, and as duty demands in the months directly preceding the event.
